Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered correctly and match the product description, specifications, images, and order confirmation.

Exceptions

A return or exchange may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect item received
• Product not received as per described
• Manufacturing defect identified excluding written description

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the original packaging and product condition.
